Refund policy

• No Refund/order cancelation can be done once the order is prepared /shipped.
• Order cancelation can be requested within the first 2 hours of order.
• No return policy, however order exchange is applicable as below:

Exchange Policy: 

1. Order exchange can be accepted before order preparation and shipment only. 
2. Once order is shipped, customer will not be eligible for exchange unless the fabric is damaged or wrong.
3. To be eligible for an exchange, We have a 14 - day exchange policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request for an exchange in case the item is damaged or wrong . If you have initiated a return after 14 days passed you will not be eligible for an exchange.
4. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Support@Fabtwill.com immediately (within 14 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
6. Fabtwill is not responsible of client’s wrong material and wrong size selection.
